2 · Data processed by the app

The app stores all entries, including migraine episodes, pain-free markers, medication entries and impairment scores, exclusively on your iPhone. There is no account, cloud sync, server, analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs.

3 · Transfers to third parties

None.

4 · App Store purchases

In-app purchases are handled through Apple’s StoreKit. Apple is responsible for payment processing. BrainArts receives only an anonymous transaction confirmation, with no name, email address or payment details.

5 · Notifications and reminders

The optional daily reminder uses the iOS notification system and is generated entirely on your device. There is no communication with a server.

6 · Data exports

If you create and share a PDF report or backup, this happens through the iOS share sheet. You choose where to send it. BrainArts is not involved in this process.

7 · Deletion

Deleting or resetting the app permanently removes all data from your iPhone. No copies are held by BrainArts or third parties.

8 · Your rights

As BrainArts does not collect, process or store any personal data, there is no data in relation to which rights of access, rectification, erasure or portability can be exercised. If you have questions, you can contact BrainArts at the address above.
